Bella Energy installer Patrick Mueller recently took a month long leave to continue his dance performance work with Germany-based Ben J. Riepe Company.

Before joining the Bella Energy family, Patrick worked with BJRC for two years, creating two pieces that toured to five European countries. During May this year, Patrick returned to Germany joining the company for guest performances in Riga, Latvia and Guadalajara, Mexico.
Patrick grew up in Colorado, and in 10 years spent living in four other states and two foreign countries, he has yet to find any place better.

Patrick returned to Colorado in 2007 to pursue work in renewable energies, acting on his firm belief in global change through local action. Courses in geology and the environment during his education at Pomona College (CA) made him understand the potential and need for renewables, and seeing the solar boom while living in Germany and Denmark further fueled this interest. He is continually working to expand his knowledge of green practices through classes and individual research.

Colorado Connections: Patrick grew up skiing and backpacking through the backcountry of Colorado and the Southwest, and he spent a summer leading trips and directing the arts program at Sanborn Western Camps in Florissant. Since high school Patrick has been a bike and public transit commuter, and has only recently become a car owner, one with the EPA’s SmartWay rating, naturally. An active professional artist, Patrick spends his free time cultivating Denver’s budding dance scene.
