Bella Energy is the new name of Colorado’s oldest and most experienced solar company.

Our president, Jim Welch, has been a leader in the renewable energy industry for almost 30 years. In 1982, Jim started the company as Remote Power International, one of Colorado’s very first companies to sell and install solar electric systems. Later Jim renamed the company Sun Electric Systems.

The name Bella Energy highlights what the company has become become today and – most importantly – what we are growing toward.

Today, Bella Energy offers complete energy solutions including solar electric analysis, energy efficiency analysis solar domestic hot water and solar heating.

Our solutions will evolve as the solar industry grows and we continue to lead.
