After working as a professional bike mechanic for eight years, Kris made the move to a new career with Bella Energy, in September 2006 as a PV Installer. He quickly moved up the ranks from installing systems to managing and designing photovoltaic systems. After only six months of working in the Front Range, he jumped on an opportunity to move out to the Roaring Fork Valley and assist Bella's strategic partner, Ken Olson and Sol Energy with installations and the growth of our western slope partner. Kris has personally installed over 150kW of PV on residential and commercial buildings and is one of the more experienced installers on the team. Outside of work Kris is an outdoorsman. Racing mountain bikes, climbing, skiing, and fly-fishing are his passion. Living and working in the Roaring Fork Valley has been a dream come true for him.

Colorado Connections: Kris moved to Boulder in 2001 for the love of the mountains. He then relocated to Carbondale in 2007.
